His Love Saved Me!

God’s love saved me and I would like

to share God’s love with you.

MY DECISION

I was nine years old when I came to know Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior.  My grandmother was the instrument God used to guide me to the feet of Jesus.  One day she explained to me that there were two paths: heaven and hell, and that God in His infinite love had sent his son Jesus to offer me eternal life “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).  There is also an enemy she said, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full” (John 10:10).

My grandmother opened her Bible and explained to me what it meant to be without Christ “For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23), and that the result of sin is death “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23a).  She also explained to me what was and is the gift of God “…but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus” (Romans 6:23b) and that this gift was free and given to me freely if I was willing to accept it.  Christ will make a difference in your life she told me!  Would you like to receive Him? She asked me.  That day, I told Jesus: “Lord Jesus, come into my heart, forgive me of my sins.  I invite you to be my Savior.”  After I prayed the sinners prayer, she had me read the following Scripture “all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave them the right to become children of God” (John 1:12).  The decision I made that day changed my life completely.  Since then, I have loved and served Him, and over the years, I have realized that there is no better life than the life that God offers.    I am convinced that there is nothing anyone can do to obtain eternal life.  This was my decision, what about you?

Do you have eternal life? Would you like to know how to obtain it? The Bible says, “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock.  If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.” (Revelation 3:20). Will you open the door of your heart to Jesus? I trust you will because Jesus loves you and He has great plans for your life.

YOUR DECISION

Will you choose to receive Christ as your personal Lord and Savior today?

♥    Accept that you are a sinner and need a Savior.  “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

 

♥    Believe that Jesus died for you on the cross.  “For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

 

♥    Confess your sins to God and ask Him for forgiveness.  “That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9.

 

If this is your decision…Let me guide you to make the following prayer

Pray…
Lord Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner.  I believe that you died on the cross for my sins.  At this moment, I ask that you forgive me of my sins.  I recognize my errors and come to you today so that I can start a new life.  I invite you to come into my heart to be the Lord and Savior of my life.  In Jesus' Name I ask these things. Amen.

I congratulate you! The decision you just made is the most important decision of your life.

ADVICE FOR YOUR CHRISTIAN GROWTH

♥     Pray daily

♥     Read your Bible daily

♥     Confess your sins daily

♥     Commit your life to God daily

      ♥     Attend a church to worship God with other believers,  following the example of Christ in the act of baptism (Matthew 3:13-17)
